What a great video! So glad to see you using Kokoist! When I first started doing gel nails, Kokoist was my initial brand for full cover nails. Since, my nails have grown out, and I still use Kokoist Builder and top coat. Their potted gels are incredible too! I've tried other brands of gel and always go back to Kokoist, especially their glossy top coat. Their rainbow glitter top coat is gorgeous too!

@@jill8573 no it shouldn’t, just trying to figure out why it would peel up. You must not be fully capping them with top coat like shown in the video. With this method there’s no way for them to lift up 🤔

Also how are we sure that the topcoat (or the basecoat u put on top of the stickers) won't peel off? Since the surface is not sticky nor buffered... 🤔

If a client came back with stickers I just use my efile and file off the old design, including the stickers, just as I would with any previous color. (As long as the nails have a structured base) If they only had gel polish on then I’d do removal as normal, file off the top layer and then soak off the rest. ☺️

Yes or you can just wipe the color if it doesn’t bleed to badly

No, otherwise the glitter wouldn't stick. Glitter needs to be applied to something tacky or mixed into gel.

Yes of course. Just make sure your polish is all the way dry if you’re using any. This tutorial is specific to how to use them with gel. ☺️

If you are cleansing the gel before applying your stickers, making sure the nail is not tacky, then it could just be the quality of your stickers.

Because you’re losing pigment from the color which can make it look patchy or sheer around the edges.
