14 days before i applied via online now i saw this video....everything is completed within 10 min at the passport office. Once you get verification from the passport office to police verification kindly follow these things 1.Keep track of your mail within a day passport office and send police verification for the respective station. 2. Take a copy of the police verification message and 3. Aadhar card original and photocopy, vote I'd original and photocopy, VAO certificate for confirming your address proof, ration card photocopy and original, 2 passport size photos and 500 cash (if they ask) and 2 person verification who are living in your area. Their aadhar card proof original and photocopy also

If you just change husband name in aadhaar and getting a passport is easy. But your mark sheets and other certificates will have your father name there, so there will be conflict during document verification. So you need to change all documents it's little bit time consuming process. Using father name is easy option. Also in passport spouse name is there in that husbands name should be added for wife, vice versa. After applying you can't change. One rule is there get passport for small babies. There parents passport must have the husband/wife's name endorsed or else they don't get passport.
