1. Ukraine to Budapest either bus or train 2. Budapest to India one way is OK no need of return ticket Because we have indian citizenship 👍

You can give authority to any trustworthy person Who on behalf of you can collect your passport and post it on your address There is one agent just outside Hungarian embassy in Uzzhorod You can ask them to collect and send it to you .. ( I did same )
