There is no preference order but if you get conditional offers you can pick a firm and an insurance choice in case you don't get in your firm choice. if the in-school after class activities prioritize older students, you'll eventually become one of the "older students" and then you can do your best to stand out. until then, try activities that are outside of school! clubs, conservatoires, language centers, competitions and internships all make your application and resume look great

The most i can do are clubs. Although I am in music school and is one of their ‘representatives’, i’m planning for law, what weight would music have for law?😭

I am a high school student in Ukraine , and we have only 11 grades here instead of 13 like in UK, and we don’t have a-levels or AP classes, only own national standardised test. So what should I do after finishing school without taking paid A-levels which are risky for me and I might lose few years when I could have been studying at a local university, if I’m willing to apply to a UK uni? Do I have to study one year or two in a local university so I fit it the British system? Or I can apply to a uni immediately after school ends? Thank you very much in advance if you answer !

Hi Lisa, I'm so glad you like the videos! I know that entering your qualifications can be a bit confusing. You need to enter your grades of every subject. UCAS also asks you to enter the final grade, so this would be the overall result of the year. If you will get grades in the future you should ask your teacher for so-called predicted grades. There should be a section on UCAS where you can enter them. I hope this helps :) Have a great day!

@@lisacousseau1517 Hi Lisa, don't worry! It's normal that there will be a lot of grades on your UCAS form. You should enter everything they ask for, and if that's a lot it doesn't matter.
