Get your all documents ready like tenancy agreement, Salary slip, employment letter, Letter of invitation then make sure she has atleast one month money..Most importantly you should have atleast 1270£ in your account..If she is there in Dubai more than 12 months get a pcc from dubai as well..otherwise Indian pcc will do the job
