Hello, I have doubt, In my Cos; at 2 different places this information is given, is this in your Cos too. there are two different heading first at the starting, under this heading - ''CERTIFICATE OF SPONSERSHIP STATUS'', where all sponsor licence number, sponser name etc is given, there its written - ''Sponsor note: Eligible for health & care visa. Maintenance applicable to employee only, not their dependents'' this is one place, other is at ''Migrant's employmeny'' where job title, job summary etc is mentioned, there one of the point is ''Tick to confirm that the post is at the appropriate skill level as set out in the sponsor guidance: Y'' Could you please confirm in your sponsorship letter also similar this is there. and I should then select YES for Sponsor certifying maintenance in the application. @@laraibaftab7555 As per my knowledge Skilled Worker dependent each person visa fee Apx 300£, immigration healthcare surcharge (IHS) 1035£ for adult each year and child 776£ each year. So total Apx 6033£ for Wife/Husband and one child for 3 years total cost. And if you have health and care worker visa then IHS fee will be exempted only you have to visa fee and other expenses. Yes you are right.. Home office confirms that permission refers to the leave that the applicant has to remain in UK (a visa). That’s what the solicitor also says. I have no idea how can the applicant select Yes if they don’t have a visa already.. Someone please confirm this as I am planning to apply dependant visa soon.

You can still select NO if you are not satisfied with that then most probably your documents required will be changed at the end of the application and if you can provide those documents that’s fine..
