Hi! Not really familiar with this pero you can contact J&T through their app. In the J&T App: 1. Lower right click “Me” 2. Click “Contact Us” 3. Click “Online Service” From there you can chat with a live agent and send screenshot of the error prompt :)

Hi po, ask ko lang if the estimated cost in the j&t app will be the exact amount to be paid on the branch once you drop off the parcel? No added amount? Worry ko lang po kasi yun amount na ipashoulder ko kay buyer for the sf. Thanks 😊

I think this is subjective. :) Nasa Pilipinas din ako and I can understand Filipino just fine, but I preferred Ericka's video over the others, simply because it was in English. No hate for the other videos in Filipino, mas madali lang sa akin yung English. No issues for me since her English is easy to understand , and hindi naman sya nahirapan. May ibang videos in Filipino with the same topic (different content creator), which others can refer to if that's their preference. All are good videos, with different styles of the content creator. As long as clear and understandable to viewers, yun naman yung importante. :) For me personally, I think she did a great video explaining this topic, and I appreciated the screenshots with step by step instructions. :)
