Awesome Video dude! Just wanted to add that sometimes repeating phrases that emphasize the downbeat can be repeated on the offbeat. That way it brings the familiarity of the repeating phrase but recontextualized it rhythmically, giving your track a more "polymetric feel". This works especially well with phrases in dotted rhytyhms

Thanks man! I'll try that for sure!

Really nice tutorial man. Your sounds are great and i like your clear concise explanation of rhythm correlation. Seems to be a key thing Ive been missing. And need to dive into the randomization and cutting ALOT more.

Don't you find it very confusing to have all tracks in yellow? I usually remember sounds by colors
@Projektor_music Жыл бұрын
No I like the individual colors. I've had a few projects from my laptop that were just colored randomly and unorganized and I've found that it leads to a more messy workflow and thus production. Recently I talked a bit more about my organizational practices which you can find here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5aXYp5ti6-bqNU
