Look it up on line and call them for a downloadable manual. Maybe yours was a return. The manual is in so many languages, and pages, it took me a while to figure it out. I was grateful everything was there. But, i find it too dangerous. I will probably return it.

Can you go over the tilt lock feature? I’m having trouble with mine

Nevermind it was a bit stiff at first but you just have to really pull it out straight to tilt, and push it back in to lock while sitting

I find it too loosey goosey! I try to sit in it, and it takes off before i can sit. I sit in it and it swirls with the slightest movement! I can't find any way to lock or tighten just a little the wheels or seat. I think it is dangerous. Ideas?
