Nice video but I wish it was more detailed for a novice like me, it’ll be nice to know which types of screws and/or nails go where and how to position certain parts of the machine so that a person doesn’t put a part that’s supposed to be on the right to the left and vice versa

Pls how do I reduce the speed

The standard way is by getting a speed reducer pulley But a minimal reduction can be made by making the motor belt less firm.
