How to assemble a SCOTCHMAN #20 Punch & Die STORAGE DRAWER and Tool Table - USA MADE

Scotchman #20 Punch and Die tooling storage drawer assembly directions. Watch these video directions to aid in assembling your new storage drawer for our tool table extension. Follow along with the provided paper manual for further instructions and images. www.scotchman.com
Step 1: lay out all of your pieces for quick assembly.
Step 2: Prop up the drawer on something to allow you 2-3 inches of working room so you can easily attach the drawer slides. (note you do not need the slide screw which come with the slides) - (0:12 minutes)
Step 3: discard the two small strips of metal on the rollers. they are only placeholders for shipping.(0:25 minutes)
Step 4: Mount the rail in place and Insert the M6 Flathead screws into the holes shown and tighten with the M6 Greer nuts. Do this for each slide on both sides of the drawer. (seen at 1:00 minute)
Step 5: Flip over your drawer and apply the cap safety sticker.(see 2:00 minutes)
Step 6: Remove the shroud bolts from the machine. Attach the tool table brackets (as seen in step 3 on the paper manual) but do not fully tighten the bolts. (seen at 2:10 minutes)
Step 7: Flip your table leg upside down and adjust it to be the same height as the top of your support bracket.
Step 8: Mount the table leg to the tool table and tighten the bolts. (shown at 2:58 minutes)
Step 9: Set the table into place and tighten the 4 bolts to the machine (shown at 3:08 minutes)
Step 10: Tighten all 4 of your lower brackets to the machine and the tool table top. (shown at 3:42 minutes)
Step 11: Attach the drawer brackets to the underside of the table. Flanges toward the center. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS YET. (refer to step 4 in the paper manual) (minute 4:08)
Step 12: Attach the drawer and slides to the brackets. First attach the back of the slide, then swing the drawer into place and attach the front the the slide. (4:43 minutes) - Refer to step 5 in the paper manual.
Step 13: Fully Tighten all bolts and nuts.
Congratulations! Your New Scotchman Ironworker Punch and Die storage rack and tool table is now assembled and ready for use.
