How are people with medical devices supposed to sleep in a bed they have to stay 6 feet away from? lol. Oh, I guess magnets only matter when the bed is in a million pieces. What a dumb product and company. Purchasing this bed was one of my biggest regrets in life.

They're not. If you have to stay away from magnets then the only dumb person here is you for not asking questions first or doing any kind of product evaluation. This is like buying a economy car and blaming the dealership because the car is too slow.

I’m a SleepNumber employee. I have a bed. I love the bed. But I will admit that the customer service sucks, and it’s bullshit that they charge you to return it in the trial period. What mattress did you have? I have a P5, I love it. But it’s not for everyone I guess.
