How to Assemble and Attach Your Milwaukee HeadLight to your HardHat

If you threw away your instructions like I did, Which only come with the Hardhat Instruction sheet and not the Milwaukee Light, here’s my tutorial on the Milwaukee Hard Hat Bolt Accessory Clip. This is how to assemble the light with the accessory. This Clip is exclusive to Milwaukee Hard Hats only. Other Hardhats require the Elastic Band.

Yo, this helped me out so much. I didn’t see any instructions on how to install any of the headlamps directly to the hardhat attachment. I have been using the straps and clips that came with the headlamp I use but sometimes it gets in the way or snags on things in smaller spaces I work in. Plus the straps don’t make the hardhat aesthetic. Thanks to your video I finally was able to use the attachment! Thanks !

That would of took a bit of figuring out, and the first test of this helmet being thrown across the room, but for this video. There was more moves required them most magic tricks. Thankyou for this video. It certainly would not of got attached to the helmet in that manner without this video.

Thanks for sharing video. Worked like charm with model 2104 light on full brim (Milwaukee) as well. Most videos only show cap style hard hats with lights installed. Clips that come with light (2104) are useless on full brim hats.

My strap just pulls all the way through on that first step. Almost no pressure required, it just slips through. As I try to feed the strap through the light, I get almost done and strap falls off the clip. I’m thinking of rolling the strap and sewing it one more time to make it thicker but I don’t know if it will be to short.
