The BODY benefits from MOVEMENT
The MIND benefits from STILLNESS
I have an issue where I don't really sweat... like EVER. I can do an intense cardio day or Leg day and don't create an ounce of sweat. We believe that it's causing some skin issues with me and so I am excited to transform by using this daily.
This is a Full Spectrum Sauna that involves Near, Mid, and Far waves.
Near waves penetrates just below the surface of the skin creating sweat. As you can see from the picture, I am sweating profusely!
Mid waves penetrates a little deeper creating better circulation and bringing oxygen to reach injured areas of your body. This is something I am constantly battling with doing intense workouts.
FAR INFRARED waves penetrate the body and activate your sweat glands. Sweating is one of the only ways our body has to release toxins. Because it reaches the furthest, these waves penetrate the fat cells causing vasodilation, where the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the greatest levels of detoxification and stimulate your metabolism to aid in weight-loss.

Can you tell me what the torque is for the door hinges? My door keeps sliding down and when that happens the door will not shut properly. I have tried tightening the hinges but don't want to break the glass. Please advise.

I Wish that I knew off the top of my head but I no longer have my owners manual. I do recall that it was in the manual.

This is much better than the manual supplied as well as the official video (you know, the one with eh hippy/Vegan couple that just carried the boxesupsatirs like they weighed nothing). Hardest part is placing the glass door - it's very heavy and doesn't dit quite right. A question - we were expecting the panels to glow red, but they stay dark, is that normal? My wife is stressing that it's not working correctly, but I think it's OK.

Hey David thank you for this comment. The glass was challening for us as well but we got it on the second try. I still use this sauna 5 times a week and the two front panels should be glowing red ( Only when not up to the set temperature) When you hit your set tempurature they will stop glowing. There is also a button on your panel inside of the sauna that changes from FULL infrared which uses all three panel types to using just one or two. Make sure that you have it set at FULL.

Hi Scottie.....you mentioned cleaning up the sawdust near the end of the video. Where exactly did the sawdust come from? If the sauna is made of solid wood material there should not be any sawdust. In my research one reviewer mentioned you would find sawdust only in subpar materials. Thank you.
@ScottieHobbsMakeWellness
@ScottieHobbsMakeWellness 4 жыл бұрын
It was a very minimal amount. We have had this sauna now close to two years and the materials are holding up great. Any amount of sawdust that I saw came from pre-drilled holes

@@ScottieHobbsMakeWellness thanks! i have been advised consistently to keep in separate circuit in order be up to code by my electrician - and he's a great guy, not pushing for this so he can get paid.... . I'm concerned about this because I also saw this from different sources and I just want to make sure..... : "In general, infrared saunas and some traditional saunas are designed to operate on a GFCI protected 110-120v 15-20 AMP circuit. ... It is important to have a dedicated line and circuit even with a plug-n-play due to the high sauna electrical requirements on this circuit when the sauna is turned on and running." / "110-120V Sauna Electrical Requirements": In general, infrared saunas and some traditional saunas are designed to operate on a GFCI protected 110-120v 15-20 AMP circuit. These are considered “plug-n-play” saunas because they operate on a standard household circuit. It is important to have a dedicated line and circuit even with a plug-n-play due to the high sauna electrical requirements on this circuit when the sauna is turned on and running. Therefore, it cannot be shared with any other outlets and cannot support any additional load from things like TVs or appliances because it can overload the circuit and cause nuisance tripping and potential safety hazards. It is important to consult a licensed electrician for a qualified assessment." Any suggestions to this? I appreciate the info. Thank you

@@ginnytrombetti5321 I am not an electrician so I can't really advise on this. The only other things running on that specific circuit in our house are the fan and the lights and we haven't had issues or tripping in the past 3 years since installing.

I'm so glad you pointed out how to install the brackets that secure the glass ceiling to the front glass -- it's not in the manual. Double pole 220 volt 20 amp breaker but here is the kicker... it has to be AFCI/GFCI so you don't kill a person if the two lines arc.

Just assembled one of the 2 person units yesterday. If you really wanted to get one into an attic you could - but you'd need to repair some ceiling drywall afterwards. The panels are all less than about 4' wide and 4" thick, so could be fed through a thin hole cut between the ceiling joists. You'd really have to want it in the attic to go to that much work I guess, but it could be done.
