Hi I rebuilt mine too get some parts unstuck and now the tractor runs good but it leaks around the fittings at the top. Seems maybe the o ring is too rotted. Do you know what torque to tighten the top fittings or where to get a new oring? Thanks

Hi. I put the plunger back. I have been told that the plunger might be the reason why the pump doesn't inject . It has to be out back the correct way. Do you have a video that shows how to do it?

The thing for me is can the internals be changed around somehow to give full fuel to the left instead of the right on the moving rack. The governor on an MWM similar engine when started seems to snap to full throttle with the incorrect Bosch pump I located.

If you change the internals which is the flunger. your engine will be wild or runaway

@@lgvmobile same boat here, KE95. I thought there was supposed to be a big shim under the pump, but all I had was a gasket. Did you ever figure out how to set / check your timing?

There are 3 shim under the injection pump and remove the gasket just put the shim only.

@@tractorsmarinemechanic Thank you! We are taking about under the pump mounting flange? Where the pump mounts to the engine with 4 bolts? We are supposed to remove the old fiber gasket and install shims where there were no shims before?

My pump has gotten water inside it and now it won’t pump diesel! Can I disassemble the top and clean all the parts and be ok?

Do it man.your plunger maybe stuck up because of water inside your pump.you can fix it by metal polish.watch another video that I'm using with metal polish.clean your fuel tank and replace fuel filter.

Thank you.you can repair your own injection pump i knew you can do it by your ownself.do not send to the calibration center.they cannot calibrate that.the only they can do is to repair or replace plunger.thank you.
