We just bought two nomi seats for our toddlers and the 0-6 months configuration doesn’t assemble as shown in this video (0:58min) Either both units are defective (the plastic looks a bit warped to my eyes) or I suck at this simple step. What do we do here, call the seller ?

If the bracket is warped, tweak/slide it on the stem in one side first, and then tweak it on, and the bracket will adapt

Just an update - we contacted NOMI service and they immediately send replacement pieces. Very quick resolution and super happy about it.
