Pls explain how to control water flow chamber ( that white plastic screw) above the germ kill processor and the water leveller. I found it very loose. What shud be the position . Whether it shud be tightened fully. Also I pour 5 litres of water but all water collected in collection chamber only. Tap chamber was empty only. Then I pour another 5- litres , then water came in the tap chamber. Is this the way it works? Pls reply.

Thanks for the explanation. I have a new purifier. Same model, but it takes 8 to 9 hrs for purifying 4 litres of water. Is it normal ? I think there is some problem Also the bottom chamber dripping is very slow , drop by drop

Sir, water is leaking through that germ kill kit. How to plug it? I wrapped the mouth surface with Teflon. Still it is leaking
