I have only rebuilt one 13B engine. The details you presented are very important. Did you have the rotors spun for balance? The apex seals are usually placed when the rotor is positioned on the eccentric crank shaft.

Another safety tip for ya... if you're working around metal and machines, remove your rings. You really, really, don't want to have a de-gloving incident. Good god those images scarred me.

Ramon Villa its common when ur machining rotors to fit 3mm seals ... it doesnt come that way stock, so i found out there are usually little adjustments u have to do after

Keep up the good work mad respect can't stress enough I know girls wanna get dirty but wear safety stuff for real chipmunk gloves safety glasses even though you might not like it mossy oak makes some pink CAMO with yellow tint pretty good aka safety glasses because you will regret if you get metal in your eye had to get my eye polished and magnet with my eye held open well polishing was after it was the size of a end of a ink pin and that almost caust me my eye then I was welding with hand helmet the back come off arms were burnt but i had welders burn and almost was blind fixing stuff so just wear safety stuff for real cant see a female in the auto industry that might wanna be something or make something out of this said you were in school or something but be safe have fun on trip down under mate TELL us if you see crocodile Dundee 😉
