I just got this mop and I truly love it. However with that said I used to have the dollar general spin mop and it was lighter in the handle and the weight is a huge thing for me as I have very bad back and hip problems. Let me say this mop is phenomenal I had no problems from it at all. I was just thinking how nice it would be to just have a little bit lighter weight handle for people with disabilities. It cleaned my floors great and works great just throwing out a suggestion for people like me with some mobile issues. Overall I love it though. 😀

I followed the directions and the pole does not stay attached to the mop head. It slips right off grrrr

I just received my tsmine mop system and I cannot seem to make the bottom plastic piece go in the upright position. I watched you snap it back but no matter how hard I pull it, I cannot make it move from the sideways position. The bar at the bottom won't move. I've already sent another brand back for this same issue. Won't do me much good if I can't put it upright in the bucket to spin. Can you do a video where you show that process SLOWLY. I'm 70 but I'm fairly strong, but I can't move this sucker!!!
