We sent hard copies. You must send passport style photos - they can't be on a word document.

We just used a Word Document to create everything - nothing too fancy. However I would suggest to print and fill out the forms by hand and then just scan the relevant photos & documents you'd like to include and then just annotate them by hand. Hope that helps :)

Hi if I enter the US during my k1- visa process (specifically waiting for the noa 1 and noa 2), how long do i have to wait to be able to visit the US again without having the TSA deport me back home. I’m looking to stay for at least 2 months at a time.

It depends how you're entering the country. With an ESTA I believe you can stay for 90days in the US. We used a B1/B2 visa which allowed 6 months. As long as you don't overstay there isn't an issue at all. Upon entering the US, they may ask you where you intend to stay and the nature of your visit.. but as long as you're honest - you shouldn't have any issues. We were back and forth in the US constantly.

I am looking to leave before the 6 months limit anyways because of the consulate interview in my country and to reenter on k1 visa but was just wondering if CBP won’t potentially deport me at customs if they see me with a k1 case pending

@@TJToons You can apply for a B1/B2 visa but I've read that it's sometimes denied if you've already applied for a K1. If you haven't applied for the K1 Visa, it's probably worth apply for a B1/B2 visa first.

I am a bit confused on the difference between the "Proof of Relationship" and the additional page from the other video, "Proof of Meeting" which both would include all the same information. (Pictures together, Itineraries, Hotels, Flights, etc.)

You only really need to sign the pages where USCIS asks for a signature and the letter of intent to marry. You don't need to sign anything else... but we signed random pages just to be thorough as initially we didn't really have any guidance on the process :)

Is there an online service that I can use to have her digital visa application pic printed and mailed to me? She no longer has access to mail her copy and my local passport store wouldn't print it for me. They just tell me they can only print the picture they took on the spot.
