Answer is to ensure you have a strong cell phone signal before installing our Model 5004VT. If the Nayax goes into a cash mode that would mean that thousands of Verizon customers also do not function either. We have a very large population of our VendaCard machines in the Minneapolis - St Paul location for 10 years. They love it! Most recently the same for The State of Maryland.

@@XCPCORP actually the nyax readers can break down! I seen it once and it had to be replaced! The nyax readers can fail! It’s not because of cellular service! If you see my cotton candy machine video the nyax readers was replaced!

@@XCPCORP yea I’m but sometimes the nyax readers can eventually have a hardware failure meaning you will have to replace the readers the machine that had that reader stuck on cash only before it was replaced the machine was still working
