How to attach a hoverboard attachment to a hoverboard

This is awesome and works for any brand go cart attachment. I wasted 2 hours trying to figure this out and then after 3 Mins of your video, I did it. I couldn't get the concept but you nailed it. We have four of the 8.5" wheeled boards that are paired with four very active kids. Before these "off roader" we had four 6" wheeled models. They were okay but less ground clearance so bumpy grass is a no no for the 6" models imo. Couple of issues and tips if I may. These velcro straps are rubbish and fall off quite early as they clog up with dust, sand, grass, whatever but they WILL lose grip. We have had to screw the karts down to the hoverboard using short self tappers along with very large zip straps one each side, to really lock the kart and board together. So fallback after the velcro fails is long zip lock cables. No need to drill & tap screw like we did but it can be plan b. Now they stay attached properly. Next thing, you can turn these on and off while sitting on the kart no problem at all. There is zero safety issue. KArts are designed to activate the foot sensors constantly, this guy says that too.In fact it's safer to do that as over time they tend to wander off the mark on power up all by themselves. That's because the foot sensors are activated by the kart frame ALL THE TIME. So best to already be seated. Balance the two sides using the handles then turn it on. If our 6, 8, 10 & 12 year olds can do it, so can yours. Every now and then it is best to rebalance the board. To do this while not on the kart level the two halves of the board horizontal to flat even ground; concrete driveway or varandah etc. Then press and hold the power button until the board beep, beep, beeps. Turn the board off. Now it is rebalanced. Doing this reduces or stops the board wandering on power up (even if the board is set level). Rule of thumb is, power up with the board well balanced whether on the kart or not, as if you were using it without a kart attached (normal foot use). Lithium batteries last longer if kept topped up so plug them in after every use. Finally, do NOT allow the board to get REALLY wet! A light shower would be okay but if heavier than that and water does gets in, it WILL KILL THEM. So deep puddles and the like are definitely out. Happy trails!

My son loves his HC01 Kart attachment. The only problem is that the velcro straps are not tough enough and keep breaking. Where do I get replacement straps? Has anyone experienced the same problem and if so, found a good solution?

Question please: We have a Hover 1 beast Buggy Cart with a Swagtron t6 outlaw hoverboard. Just bought both of them. When the cart is not attached to the hover board and you power it on, it self levels very slowly just as it should. However, if you power the hover board on with the cart attached it self levels very "Violently" with a really hard jerk and the handlebars move violently. If your to close to it, it could even smack one of your hands and injure you. We have tried tightening and loosening the straps and it makes no difference. We have not tried to power it on while someone is sitting on for fear of getting hurt. The problem is sure with the hoverboard sensor not liking the cart on it. I contacted swagtron directly and they are no help and they say they do not endorse the use of carts on a hoverboard and that it could damage the hoverboard. So far I cant get their App to communicate with the board either, I have a help ticket submitted for that. Do you have any advice to offer? Thanks.

Nice of him to reply wasn’t it? 🥲 Same thing here, you cannot clamp the go kart to the hoverboard tight enough. How ridiculous that you have to secure it with VELCRO straps?! The ones that came with it don’t fit the board correctly despite buying the whole thing together for £270!

I had rubber guards that were like stickers and they went on the metal part of the cart that touches the hover board pads so that the metal attachment does not scratch the Hoover board pads.

Where it clamps to your board their is a nut you can loosen, that piece is slotted to fit your board perfectly.

Hi there. My hoverkart won't turn off it if has the seat on. Pressing the on/off button but there is no reaction It is switching off only if I remove the seat Is there any workarounds for this issue? And I would really-really appreciate if you could with an advise on how to turn off the voice that start when pressing the on/off button "The Bluetooth device is ready to pair". The volume is very-very loud and it is a little bit disturbing :D

Mine is same won’t turn off its going in the bin daughter cannot use it on her own I have to pick kart and hover board up and turn it over take the straps off then pick board up and put it back on the ground to turn off wondering in it’s the hover board and not the kart

My board keeps beeping when I attach the kart. It's not battery but the indicator light next to it. Beeping stops soon as I remove the kart. I checked line up of the footpads and the board works fine with no kart.

According to the instructions the cart he’s not supposed to compress the pads. It’s supposed to hover above them.

The seat puts pressure on the hoverboard to make the board move, that is how it works. Instead of your feet putting pressure on the pads the seat does this.
