sorry to hear about that but you can't download degrees from any website, only university can give you degree so contact your university and try to negotiate with them, that's the only solution.

Sir abhi koyi plan na ho but India jaki two three year after koyi Canada or USA ka plan ho then I need to come china for documents verification or else I can apply right now verification for two embassy India and USA….. so it can help me in future ?

The best choice is to get your documents notarized only at least one set for US and one normal notary but just keep them with you, and ask someone your friend who’s in China to do the attestation process when it’s required, doing in advanced is not smart. and secondly at least create an account on Www.chsi.cn before leaving China so if it’s needed in future you can use your account because this website doesn’t support foreign phone numbers. Because in US or Canada sometimes notaries are required and sometimes equivalence certificate from CHSI
