And this is very underrated but take care of your skin from a young age but it’s almost never too late to start I’m not a skin care expert but get a good sunscreen that protects you from UVA rays and UVB rays get an exfoliate or a good facial cleanser and facial moisturizer no not lotion a facial moisturizer and you can use Vaseline to locking all the moisture So if you’re always out in the sun get that sunscreen so your face is not sun damaged in 10 years

So to knock a garbage man I say FUCK YOU. I have 2 (two) great paying jobs, 2 GREAT JOBS & 3 GREAT HEALTH PLANS. So me opening a business other than real estate, o did I mention the 4 homes I own and rent out, besides the 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home I live in.....? So other than buying real estate, nah I don’t need to open a business. And the real estate isn’t really a business. I see the property and don’t even attend the closings. So when someone mentions some dumb shit about garbage men/women, I take it personal. I’m doing more with my money than many others, who have businesses or not. My garbage man ass is now worth $1.5 million,, just from investments alone. When I retire in 5 yrs, my monthly income with 2 retirement pension, and investments will be about $22,000 monthly to sit my retired garbage man ass at home, at 51 yrs old.
