Probably an incompatible air conditioner. Make sure the batteries are good and you scanned all of the codes. My GE air conditioner isn't listed but it works perfectly fine using 011.

Did you hear the peep sound from your AC. When you hear that sound just stop the number immediately. The peep sound represent the signal communication between your AC and remote.
