Awesome video, I remember when you explained these on stream. The youtube video somehow felt very fast paced though, like you've cut out all the breaks between you speaking? It feels a bit jarring.

This one was a bit more to edit due to segments in the VOD and how it got cut. I had to remove a lot of uhms and other bits which is mostly why it feels that way. I’m also trying to understand what people would like more - longer videos with more in-depth or short that introduce them so this is massively helpful! I’m glad you still enjoyed it!

I like it like this. So many vids I 1.5-2x speed because of the pauses and uhms. If I didn't get something, I'd scroll back myself

@@TomNook. I'm glad to hear that! I love experimenting with editing, different approaches to it and I'll always keep trying new things with every video. I'm excited to tune the dials on the next one and see what you all think!

I agree with Ash's comment to some extent. This video didn't have that "ah ha" moment. I can't entirely say what is missing just that moment where it clicks where the value of using these could truly be seen. I watched the video and was like, ok that is interesting, but how likely am I to really use that, sounds like just a simplified make, etc

I had hoped the “aha” would be the end where we show how it can be used everywhere but this is fair. It was a “bit” purposeful here as I wanted to introduce task runners in general and show which I liked. I was also nervous on including too much about my specific configuration without having to explain what everything I use is also. There is meant to be a bit of “open and play” but I see your point 👍
