from my end here, zapier seems to be very expensive considering the exchange rate, what alternative can you recommend

Zapier by far is the best. It has the most apps connected. To me here the prices is good for everything it does. I can understand with currency conversion it might get pricier. Some other apps comparable and cheaper would MAKE or INTEGRATELY. They have the popular apps connected and have cheaper price points.
