The fact that you have to manually animate these in 2024 is ridiculous. There's random AI sites that will do all of this in about 30 seconds. Adobe needs to up their game and catch up.

Adobe likely wouldn't add things like that, something more suited for an app like CapCut. Adobe does have plugins that can be used to achieve a similar result automatically though.

You can cut the audio into parts and select only the tracks you want to caption in the caption settings by selection only select tracks… if I understood you correctly

So when I copy and paste the animation affect, Premier Pro completely butchers it by lengthening the time for the animation on longer clips, and shortening the animations for shorter clips, as if it's trying to keep the animation the same percentage of frames for the clip, not the actual timing. E.g. I do exactly what you do for a 3 second clip, but for a 6 second clip it pushes the key frames twice as far apart. This makes the bubble animation either too fast or way too slow for some clips. Any advice? Edit: Found the solution. Copy and paste like this will ONLY WORK if you have UNCHECKED SCALE ATTRIBUTE TIMES in the PASTE ATTRIBUTES window. To open this window, rather than using Ctrl-c + Ctrl-v, right click on the clip you want to paste to and click Paste Attributes. The Paste Attribute window should pop up, then follow above step.

i have a few audio clips of me talking in the timeline, and i have a music track. when i choose to transcribe just the audio clips and not the music track, it doesn't let me see the transcription. says "Transcribe your source clips to view your sequence transcript". when i choose to transcribe the music track, it gets stuck on "beginning language pack download (36 minutes remaining)" please help me out i found nothing online

Strange, sorry that issue is happening for you :( is your audio in English or a different language? I would need to see it to try and help diagnose but maybe this helps a bit: 1. Make sure your audio clips are in a compatible format for transcription, such as WAV, MP3, or AIFF. 2. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or bugs. 3. Make sure you're using the latest version of Premiere Pro, as updates often address known issues. If all else fails I would post in the Adobe community forums with screenshots to get assistance.
