The last days deception is the same as with the early church. The Jewish religious people tried to inject the keeping of the law into the gospel of grace. The apostle Paul had to write many epistles to the churches to refrute such heresy. Yet still today the SDA church are still seeking to do the same.

Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pinpoint that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. How many churches you have attended are preaching the second coming how many are preaching revelation how many are talking of getting our lives in order. Sadly most churches preach everything but. we are living in the end times of our earth the signs tell us. If you go on a trip don't you prepare for it in advance. Some prepare months in advance learning about the languages the climate the people so they are prepared. If you are wanting to go to heaven when he returns won't you want to know what to do to be prepared. Read your Bible and attend a local seventh day adventist church. Don't look at all the members because we aren't perfect look to the message look to Jesus and pray for guidance because it's important to remember Jesus wants you to live with him for all eternity and he died to pay for your ticket. Having the ticket means nothing if you aren't prepared fully for the trip.

The Apostles and New Covenant churches gathered on Sunday, the first day of the week, as Christians have ceased their own works, then needing to rest, but we rest in the work on the Cross by Jesus, Who is our 7 days a week Sabbath rest. Sorry. As Christians we already know government or authority will attempt to force many things, including worship. The focus of the Christian however is spelled out in the Bible. "Keep your mind on things above, not on worldly things." Colossians 3:2 "Fix your thoughts on Jesus" Heb 3:1. Ecclesiastes 12:13 says "Fear God and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." And finally in Matthew we find, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and prophets" Remember, our battle is not against earthly powers so your advice to fight mandates does not hold up in view of scripture.

But when we start to get embroiled in politics we are not focused on above. There are examples all around us. Body + Breath of life = living being Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return.” The body returns to the dust, there is no spirit man. Even though a believer sleeps in death until the resurrection the next conscious thought they have is the resurrection and being present with the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:51-54 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed- 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” See also 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 (It’s clear that the believer isn’t given immortality until “the last trumpet” at the resurrection. Rev. 3:5 is clear, "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…" A true saving relationship with Christ leads to a life of obedience to His commands and that includes His Ten Commandments. This is evidence of walking with Christ, not something we do to earn salvation. The Sabbath is a gift of resting in Christ, and the Bible gives us abundant evidence to pin point that day. The Scripture is also clear, there is another power that has attempted to change that day of rest and it will lead to a final choice for mankind in the end. Worship God according to His Commandments or Worship the beast on the day he has chosen. Also keep in mind that Jesus never broke the Sabbath commandment. He broke the religious leaders man made laws while showing them how the Sabbath was to be kept. Jesus says… John 14:15 “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” I hope that helps clarify the issues.
