@kevwwongАй бұрын
I think many KZbinrs like to have a "callback" joke that gives the viewer a sense of comfort. The tredelnik appears to be Janek's. But I do agree with you - it's way too easy to dunk on the tredelnik so I think it may be time to retire it for a while or use it to segue to something else.

Honestly, if I see the same shop/product/cafe/food on every street corner then that’s a tourist trap. We have been going to Prague since 2006 and our visit this year was the last for us. The sheer amount of Thai massage/sweet/duck/cake/cannabis shops has put us off. Also noticed far more graffiti 😢 than before. We absolutely love Prague, the people and the food but will give it a miss for a few years in the hope that it improves. I will still visit via your channel and thanks for all the hard work ❤️

Speaking of saving money and avoiding tourist traps, last year we went to the wine bar Na skleničku that you recommended. Its the one that has the "bottomless wine glass" - all you can drink wine (you can choose from 6 different wines) for 20 euros. Its not unusual to pay 10 euros for one glass or wine at a restaurant in Canada, where I am from. Lets just say that four hours later we were sitting at the bar talking to a gentleman from Poland, a local university student and the bartender- and we were all sharing photos of our cats on our phones. Best travel tip ever!

Was in Manchester and went to the movies, they had 7 commericals for alcohol before the movie started. No wonder english people are alcoholics. We do get them elsewhere of course, just not the cities I've lived in (plus a peaceful atmosphere wouldn't be enough customers to cover overheads they need tens of tables packed in close full all day or will go bust). Also yeah the combined maths from exchanges and other things checks out well: you have saved tourists easly over 100m and taken it out of the hands of scammers and a similar amount has instead gone into good businesses that wouldn't have otherwise. That's the low estimate.
