You can’t have any friend spot you. You need to have someone spot you who is trained in that. And still I would suggest only doing this at a location with proper mats.

Do not do this unless you're with someone who's trained. One bad mistake could break your neck/spine. Be careful.

@@ThariduVanParys the people who injure themselves are either people who have not been trained properly and are pushing their bodies too much, or people who are doing really complicated flips. If you have a coach, they'll know what's good for you. So I would not recommend learning at home, but with a coach.

It’s really helpful but I think you should also recommend trying first on a mat or a bed or a trampoline because doing a backflip full out on hard ground can real injure if you fall

Yes but I started on a trampoline and WILL NOT do it on the floor because I know the trampoline will catch me and not hurt as bad if the floor catches me

@@brooklynstrickland109 yes they did… they mean that even after doing all those steps you can still hurt your legs/feet while doing it so try to do an entire backflip on a bed or a trampoline first so if you don’t stick the landing you won’t break your legs.
