How To Backflip Into a Pool

This is a tutorial on how to do a backflip from a diving board into a pool
Steps:
1) Get onto the divingboard
2) Have your feet halfway on the divingboard
3) Get a good spring off the divingboard
4) Roll up into a ball in mid-air
5) Do the backflip

I've tried this years ago and always came very close to the diving board, and once even clipped my head on it, but I've gotten better at doing backflips on trampolines and stuff like that, but I tried it today and consitently landed upright without a problem. However, it's very different from doing it on a trampoline or on the ground; you really have to focus on pushing OUT AND AWAY from the diving board. But once you learn how to let yourself sort of tall backwards a bit while pushing yourself put, it's very easy.

Backflip on pool is VERY easy ......I did it on my 2nd try....And I didn't need a diving board......Some people think u need to be flexible for such things but believe me , If that was the case I'd never have done it

When jumping off af diving board, do NEVER jump straight up in the air, always jump out to the pool when making the backflip. I can be dangerous to land on the diving board with your head. But yeah cool video. And a very nice house to hehe. :D

i tryied this last day, and first time i got burn my back, but not bad...so i tryied again..and all was fine, you must not afraid to jump, because then you fall bad, and burn your back....and dont expect to jump good from the first time.....if you got burn your back...try again,,,,you will see what you made wrong.....good luck. Like I am not afraid to jump into the water doing a flip, it's just if I fail I don't want to land upside down and get water in my nose cause it burns, but not really that, that's just on the side, mostly it's just i fear i am going to hit my back or head off of what ever i am doing a back flip on... to be honest two backflips are simple let alone one. don't flip crooked go straight over and jump up and tap your knees and when you go over. you will rotate really quick! and don't stop rotation.

hey iv'e been trying to do a frontflip of a diving board running but everytime i do it seems that i land on my back and it hurts ALOT. I basically get 3/4 done and land on my back and it sucks. It really makes you not want to do it because u dont know if u'll land it right or not.
