Are you over 60? Do you enjoy backpacking? Wondering if you can hike Glacier National Park? This Glacier National Park 2022 video series will show you how to hike 50 miles and more in Glacier NP even if you are over sixty and overweight (like we are). The season at Glacier for backpacking is short, and getting into the backcountry is the best way to avoid the crowds and take in the beauty of Glacier. We used Glacier Guides for our trip and could not have been more pleased. Our 5 1/2 day trip from the Loop Trail off Going to the Sun Road to Bowman Lake Campground started out beautiful, and although we did think it was possible got more awesome each day! This video highlights Day 1, from the Loop Trail to Granite Park Chalet.
