just use regular bread flour. dont buy the whole purpose flour.

PAUL. BBC messed up your recipe for the Chelsea buns you made on GBBS masterclass. Their step four says to oil the bowl you're suppose to let the dough rise in, but you specifically say on S4E3 at 45:07 that you should NOT oil the bowl. 180 C = 356 F. Fan = convection oven. Grill = broil.

i think Paul Hollywood's books are great and easy to follow. I just made bread and scones for the first time, and they turned out great. least he explains things.

I received this book as a gift when I was starting my baking journey and I love it! I really can't put it down, I'm constantly baking every 1-2 weeks with this book. :D

It's to give the dough "life". It isn't to allow it to prove like normal dough recipes for, say, bread rolls, but you need that bit of air in the mixture to allow the texture of the flat-bread to work as it should.
