7. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
8. Transfer one of the parathas to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and slightly puffy. Repeat this step until you have finished all the paratha pieces.
9. Serve the delicious Indian paratha with your favorite cold drink or with a traditional Indian meal such as qarmesheh or dal.
