How to Bake Open 2015-2017 Ford F150 Permaseal Full LED Headlights

This is a step by step diy video of how to take apart Ford F150 Platinum full LED headlights. In this video I use an electric oven to heat the headlight rather than usual heat gun. The headlights use permaseal glue which all had to be removed in order to re-seal with Morimoto Retrorubber.

How did you remove all the chrome parts from the lenses? I want to take mine apart and add the switch back along with painting the chrome black.

Thanks for the video. I had one of my OEM LED headlights die, high beam and low beam at the same time it seems. The truck was in a fender bender and I think the housing may have gotten cracked which led to the headlight dying. Do you think that would be a controller issue or the LEDs? If I do this method could I replace my high and low LEDs?
