I’m 6ft 190 8th grade d end and O lineman and I just started lifting💪 any tips for workouts?

Have good form. Eat lots of high protein nutritious foods. Incorporate agilities and plyometrics into your lift along with your core lifts (squat, bench, deadlift). When you get more advanced work on power clean and snatch if you want. Have a balanced workout plan hitting all parts evenly ( I do Upper body 2x a week and lower body 2x a week with a plyometric and cardio day). Dont ego lift either, lots of young kids try to lift heavy weights they aren’t ready for which will lead to injury and an overall poor workout. Follow these tips and do your own research and you will be set. Good to start the grind at a young age ✊
