Hey awesome video but I have question

Awesome video but my only concern is you seemed to say to hold your breath going down. You do not say anything about exhaling so I am guessing you want us to hold our breath through entire rep. I've been led to believe this could not be good. A friend was lifting with his friend and they were doing back squats and his partner always held his breath for the rep. One time he was doing a heavy squat and he blacked hit the floor but got lucky the bar never landed on him. I'm not a professional but I have been told to start letting your breath out part way down and going up and take a couple quick breaths at the top? This is good or bad?

Great content bro, just wondering I feel very slumped to the left at a times (I tink is lack of er on the right) So when I hinge I can only feel it on my left at all times and it's affecting my deadlifit and squats, a little on bench as well Even accesories like leg extensions on my right feels different to my left (right is my master side but left feels better) Any tips on how to restore the right?
