Yea....I use the Topcon 3D OCT Maestro.. just press a button and it actually does everything for you.....

@@Readyteddygo The SPECTRALIS provides the flexibility to image eyes that are traditionally difficult to obtain images from. It will image through undilated pupils and cataracts due to the confocal scanning laser technology. In addition, the real-time live image you see on the screen allows you to identify and scan pathology with flexible custom scan patterns if you wish to, so you are not constrained by scan presets. Having joystick control and TruTrack active eye tracking allows you to obtain excellent images even in patients who blink or struggle to fixate - which is one of the reasons Heidelberg Engineering use manual joystick controls at the moment rather than automated systems.
