I'm not really confident with simultaneous equations so I attempted to do the practice question that you uploaded lastly in this video.I would love to know if I'm heading down the right path or not so I'll post my answers and hopefully you'll respond.i) a+2=2 a= 2-2 a=0 b-3=2 b=2+3 b=5 ii) adj= (-3 4 -1 2) det=ad-bc =(-3*2)-(4*-1) =-6-(-4) =-2 inverse= 1/det*adj =1/-2*( -3 4 -1 2) =-(3/-2 4/-2 -1/-2 2/-2) =(-3/-2 -2 -1/-2 -1) iii) (2 -4 (x = (12 1 -3) y)= 7) (x=-(3/-2 -2 (12 y)= -1/-2 -1) 7) ((-3/-2*12)+(-2*7) (-1/-2*12)+(-1*7) =(4 -1)

I know how to do this but my question is Do we only solve using the matrix method in question 11's/matrix type questions or if we see it in a question 2 can we use that method as well ?

Vatoya Soodat unless specified you can use any method. In question 2... elimination is best.

Instead of working out the 1/2 ×adjoint Must bring down the other matrix and work out those two And the ans you get Then you use the 1/2 of it

Kayanna Daley timetable a study plan... learn the areas that carry the most marks but you're still weak in. Do all past papers... get those solutions. Study with someone who knows more than you... Practice... Try not to freak out. Did you do an SBA? We still have more than 3 weeks.
