I have yet to meet a woman under 35 (nieces excluded because I love them) that is NOT passive aggressive in public. Women have been doing this for so long that they don't even know the difference. Some of this video is not etiquette but carriage and deportment. I appreciated every second of it though and if it changes ONE person for the better then it's a success.
