"Where the mind goes the feet will follow/go" is a principle found in the scriptures: Proverbs 23:7 - For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he James 1:15 - Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Matthew 5:28 - But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. 1 John 3:15 - Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. 1 John 4:20 - If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? One eventually acts out what has been in his thoughts/ mind/ heart. Yes, we know the story, they seek sought to kill Jesus, as he knew, and they did. "Where the mind goes the feet will follow/go" How was John 8:44 evidenced that the devil was a murderer from the beginning? Don't forget, his name was Lucifer. Isaiah 14:13 says, he said in his heart "For thou hast said in thine heart"...I... I ...I ... verse 14 I wil be like the most High. In his heart/ mind he wanted worship, lusted/ coveted Jesus'/ God's position as king, priest and God. To take away God's position! To destroy God! A king destroy another king to take over his kingdom. Revelation 12:7 - there was war in heaven. A war of thoughts and words! The Lucifer/ devil wanted to destroy the constitution of a country that was good- what the inhabitants believed/ words. By changing or incorporating his thoughts/words so that he could usurp the kingdom that was/is good. However, he prevailed NOT. Revelation 13:8 (Speaking of Jesus) the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. How can Jesus be slain from the foundation or at the beginning of the world? Because, Ephesians 1: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: ---- God chose us (He thought to die for us) God through Jesus lived/s by the principles he thought us. Think in his heart so is he. Mind then feet follow/will do. Hebrews 2: Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; Lucifer/devil thought to destroy, murderer Jesus from the beginning. God/Jesus, knows the thoughts of all, he thought to die, he laid down his life and took it up again. So, Jesus lives, He, God is Resurrection and Life. They both thought to do and then outwardly for everyone to see at the cross of calvary.
