I think it will be more operator if you say the operator's language and know what it means Manipulation: Control Weapon system: A weapon force multiplier: something to increase the chance of success like terrain, technology or intelligence. Hope this helps, operators.

For the Nerf stereotypes, you should do the "Ready rookie", [or me XD] the guy who knows enough about Nerf to be good but lacks a few things. Such as me, I know a lot to wreck some bad guys and zambies, aw yea, but I don't have some of the stuff like the tactical belt or vest. That would be cool to see, so I can see how I look to other people XD. Load out could be a Stocked and gripped Retaliator with custom Electrical Tape Flip mag, and the sidearm would be the Doublestrike [the zambie revolver, aw yea] and the rookie part would be a pocket sock or 2, something that says "ready but not". You can make it work.

+JediTardisArchives Specifically, when someone says they're an Operator, they want you to think they're part of S.O.C.O.M. or S.E.A.L. in terms of their ability to either fling foam, pelt bbs, or slug paintballs around a field. They particularly like to believe that they are the elite and go out of their way to purchase gear that traditional firearm users wear when the operate. It would be like if you were an avid Nerf player: you'd buy a bullet-resistance vest with a plate or layered kevlar in it. You'd likely also buy night vision amplification goggles and holsters for your Nerf sidearms (though, actually, if you're a serious Nerfer, a holster isn't a bad buy. That's not to say you shouldn't do some level of gearing up depending on how long the game is or the game type itself. Humans Vs Zombies for instance requires you to be on the field a LONG time before you can get food or water or spare rounds, so you carry more. A camel bag and large belt holsters and ammo pouches is a good idea. Running around in a park with friends for a day shot when you're within 30 yards of a fountain? Not so much. Operators are guys that go overboard. Hope this helps, dude.
