At the time I found the channel, I had no experience at the time but still managed to land something at the beginning of 2023. After a ROCKY year, I’m employed as a recruiter at a company. I'm a chemical engineer and I was on the job hunt for most of my senior year. I've had decent interview processes and I've had some pretty bad ones. I'm currently trying to get my fiancé hired (also a ChemE) and sending him job openings that come in through my email and LinkedIn. I think I may enjoy working as a technical recruiter, and I'll keep educating myself and find some entry-level/part-time recruiting roles.

Good information. On Indeed, when you are ready to schedule an interview, is it best to use their interview tool or your own Calendy that you have already set up when you send a message to the Candidate on Indeed?
