36:33 I don't agree with this statement. Swami takes time-not minutes not hours but decades or life times to come to us. We innocent devotees accept whatever he says. I totally disagree.

Sairam.Yeah the quality of bhakthi or surrender and commitment or nonego depends purely on the self to achieve the selfconfidence and not prarbhdhakarma also.. One will have direct knowledge of surrender without even scriptural knowledge.. It's all the samaskaras that are developed that draws swami to us.. It's not that we draw swami.. It's the will of swami to be with us everyinute.. But the unknown ego in all angles has to be shattered by many ways by karmayoga or through jnana it's our luck that we are born in this age to seek direct guidance from swami and his instruments and just perceive and just observe ourselves in the path of jnana to acheive proximity with our ananthabrahma satya sai avatar.. Please forgive me if am not in accord with your opinion. Jaysairam
