To simply defined "Effective Organization" (Lesson 3) Effective Organization is one that meets its stated goals and accomplishes its stated mission. Lastly, in "Organizational Environment" (Lesson 4) Organizational Environment denotes internal and external environmental factors influencing organizational activates and decision making. Habang tinatalakay niyo po ang Features of an Effective Org.,natanong niyo kung bakit importante ang relationship, sa akin po ito yung daan para mas lumalim yung samahan at ugnayan ng bawat isa na merong magandang kalalabasan.
