For the med balls, do you do that everyday before practice? Or certain days?

Great training advice!!!

U need to learn how the back hip actually moves. A course in kinesiology would be a good starting point along with learning the impact of ground forces..

For the med balls do u do both sides?

Everything is great except the HLP stuff. We play mostly A level softball and only see HLP swings in C level tournaments. The HLP method can’t hit elite pitching. There a few teams that dominate the C level tournaments that are bought in to HLP but when they run into teams like us they are exposed. Most college coaches we know, in the Big 12, say they avoid recruiting any kid doing HLP because it’s too hard to correct them once they get on campus.

I’m not full HLP. The concepts make sense to me and I’ve seen my guys at the pro level get great in game results - but if you consume more of my content and come spend a few days in the cage with me I use every trick in the book to get players better. Old school new school you name it. Only goal is better in game performance. 💪🏼💪🏼

@@VerdonHittingthis guy doesn’t know shit about recruiting 😂 stupid comment in every aspect. Watch the big 12, sec, pac 12 and acc 99% of hitters swing HLP/ turning barrel. Excluding slapping of course.

Low level hitting is not HLP 😂. Pushy bat swings only work against bs pitching.

Whatever swing you posted was the most trash swing I ever seen. You don’t have to worry about the big 12 recruiting your player 😂 good luck at Community College
