I am now entering the Grade 12 experience which is much harder than Grade 11 here in the Philippines. And this 3 minute video literally explained the concise and clear communication very well! And the problem I was having the reason I searched this up is I always get picked as the leader of a group by teachers and classmates. I had to step up and learn so that it won't be too pressuring for me due to lack of knowledge. But now this lesson gave me hope in improving my leadership and communication skills. Thank you so much, Lighthouse Communications! ❤️

I get it: when we are with friends and family, it’s normal to talk through our thoughts and then eventually say our point. But when it really matters, it’s important to take a moment to silently think through our thoughts so when we speak we put our point first and foremost.

It’s most recently featured in his book, “Think Fast, Talk Smart.” Great book! Highly recommended.
@vitaminb48692 жыл бұрын
The structure and all is great, but that doesn't eliminate the clutter and the convoluted spider web that comes out, trying to explain a subject.
@lhctraining2 жыл бұрын
I hear you. Simplifying complex ideas is hard. Sounds like you might need to build a presentation to explain your ideas in more depth. To help your audience focus, consider what’s relevant to them and your objective. This will help you determine the top priority talking points. These talking points will really shine with this structure. Does that help?
@kjaanishji25953 жыл бұрын
Why don’t you teach with many examples, contrasting less concise sentences with those more concise
@lhctraining3 жыл бұрын
Great idea, Kjaan. Look for this in future videos.
