More than 40 years ago, the ministry of the Christian Law Association effectively began with a phone call from a pastor in Ohio. As a young attorney, David C. Gibbs, Jr. could hardly believe his ears as the pastor relayed how his church was being sued by the state for operating its ministry. When he reviewed the legal documents, Dr. Gibbs was astonished that such a thing could happen in modern America. From that very first case through the present day, God has blessed Dr. Gibbs’ commitment to legally help churches, pastors, and Christians free of charge. The ministry has grown substantially through God’s blessing over the last 40 years as attorneys, legal assistants, and other ministry workers have joined our team of “legal missionaries.”

Probably my biggest sin.....worry. Thank you for expounding on this. I have listened to your sermon on joy, its a struggle when those around you try to ruin your joy.....but like you said, real joy is divine, not from circumstance, but thru the power of God. ❤ By God's grace i will do better. ❤

Not being anxious does not mean lack of concern, lack of emotion, lack of pain, lack of tears or lack of passion. We are human, deficient and full of doubt. And the "old man" has not yet been eradicated. The old nature, like a handcuffed criminal in the back of a police cruiser, will follow us wherever we go in this life. But when we are walking in the Spirit, we can ignore the dictates of the old man and be governed by the impluses of the Spirit. So a Christian can be at "peace" in Christ, and according to the temper of the new nature, no matter how disruptive or restless the old man may become. This has been my experience. Although my old nature doubts, and doubts hard, my new nature remains fixed on the integrity of God.

There was a "Mission" that set sail to create a New World. Their "Mission" was to destroy God's natural world and by deceit to destroy divinity. They raised the Greek Gods to the center of the city that I was born in and I am looking to God to be delivered from their Evil.
