Nice conversation Naincy! You asked very pertinent questions about English. One mistake that I patently noticed was the "shh" sounds were pronounced as "sss" And I don't agree with Ashutosh about his opinion of not speaking advanced English; it's like denying yourself an opportunity to improve your skill. But that's just my two cents.

To increase fluency, you just need to practice, practice and practice. Do listen to the conversation again, Ashutosh has given lots of good resources from where you can start.
