As an English lecturer, I agree that his teaching methods are good. But he seriously needs to work with his accent and also on his speaking skills. Most of the times, the vocab that he uses, doesn't match in situations. Here, he is talking about MTI, but there is lot of mother tongue influence in his language. He needs to correct it..
